Chill

Yet another character based on no one in particular.
Chill finishes off the members of Patriot. I realize that there are a lot of elemental powers on this team, but his magical abilities and defenses are what made him a powerful candidate. That and his easy to predict nature. He's suffered great loss, he wants to keep others from feeling that loss.
